1900 Victorian House Renovation

Project duration; 6 months

Cast Iron pipes and plumbing were upgraded to copper pipes.

Old fabric cables upgraded to new romex cables.

400 square feet of concrete road was built.

300 sf addition to upstairs apartment, modern kitchen and bath, 100 sf 1 bedroom and modern living room. And a garage on the first floor. Roof lines suitable for the existing structure. New composition shingles were installed. We painted the main house Victorian Purple. Dark Purple with pink and white trim.
